Energi Consulting Services Ltd have secured a new commission from Chellaston Community Association (CCA) to design MEP services for the new extension on Chellaston Community Centre. We shall be fully designing the mechanical, electrical & public health (MEP) services to enable the client to obtain estimates from contractors and to ensure the installation is fully co-ordinated on site. The new extension shall provide community spaces including a large activity suite, kitchen, office and WC's. The external garden area shall also be made more accessible for wheelchair users. Our aim is to offer a design that provides flexible controls and incorporate energy efficiency at every opportunity. We shall be utilising heat pumps and potentially a new PV array on the roof to maximise efficiency and ensure the facility is future proof. We relish the challenges this type of project brings and we cannot wait to showcase the finished article on completion.

Energi Consulting Services Ltd have secured a new commission from Newbold Parish Church to design MEP services for the new extension on St John's Church in Newbold . We shall be fully designing the mechanical, electrical & public health (MEP) services to enable the client to obtain estimates from contractors and to ensure the installation is fully co-ordinated on site. The new extension shall provide community spaces including a large hall, meeting room, kitchen and WC's. Our aim is to offer a design that is sympathetic to the heritage of the building but adding a modern look with a view to incorporate energy efficiency at every opportunity. We relish the challenges this type of project brings and we cannot wait to showcase the finished article on completion.

Energi Consulting Services Ltd are continuing our services to the Nottingham Diocesan Catholic Youth Services (NDCYS) to design MEP services for the new Glamping PODS camping site at "The Briars" in Crich. NDCYS are adding 6No new PODS to a dedicated glamping area on their existing site. The work also includes a new 14 space visitor parking area.

Energi Consulting Services Ltd have secured a new commission from the Nottingham Diocesan Catholic Youth Services (NDCYS) to design MEP services for the alterations and refurbishment of the Hebron Block at "The Briars" in Crich. We shall be fully designing the mechanical, electrical & public health (MEP) services to enable the client to obtain estimates from contractors and to ensure the installation is fully co-ordinated on site. The holiday site is run by the Catholic Youth Centre and houses 4000 11yr+ children per year. Our aim is to upgrade the facility to hotel standards with a view to incorporate energy efficiency at every opportunity. We relish the challenges this type of project brings and we cannot wait to showcase the finished article on completion.

Energi Consulting Services Ltd are delighted to have been selected as the preferred provider of MEP design services for a new build independent living development in Nottingham. The new development will be 34 new flats catering for residents in excess of 55 years old providing independent living with additional capacity for some 'extra care' accommodation. Demolition of the existing buildings is under way and construction shall start October 2020. Energi shall also be carrying out the necessary Building Regulations compliance guidance, SBEM calculations, SAP calculations and thermal modelling to check overheating. #accommodation #newdevelopment #mepdesign

Exciting news for Nottingham as the world’s FIRST electric refuse collection vehicle from Dennis Eagle UK comes to the city. The new electric vehicle is part of the city’s aim to be Carbon Neutral by 2028

Energi Consulting Services Ltd have secured a new commission from the Diocese Of Derby to convert this 200 year old former school building into a new meeting and training facility for the church. The building is located in Ashford-in-the-Water, a small village in Derbyshire set within a rural conservation area. We shall be fully designing the mechanical, electrical & public health (MEP) services to enable the client to obtain estimates from contractors and to ensure the installation is fully co-ordinated on site. The Architect aims to retain many of the existing architectural features like covings and dado strips whilst upgrading the construction elements to current building regulations. We relish the challenges this type of project brings and we cannot wait to showcase the finished article on completion.

Installation work continues apace for phase 1 of our electric vehicle charging scheme designed for Nottingham City Council. Phase 1 provides 18No new charging sockets via 9No new EV charging pedestals. The phase 1 installation also includes a new 1000kVA transformer by Western Power Distribution and a new low voltage switchroom. The new switchroom, which was fully designed and set out by Energi Consulting Services Ltd , shall include a new bespoke floor standing MCCB switchboard. #sustainability #electricvehicle #engineering
