Redcar & Cleveland PFI schools project consists of 3No new secondary schools and 2No new primary schools constructed by Mowlem for Redcar & Cleveland Council.

Energi Consulting Services Ltd carried out monthly site inspections where we checked the design & installation of the electrical and mechanical building services. We gave immediate advice to the building team as we walked around the site, pointing out possible issues as we saw them. We provided a report backed up with photographs to emphasise relevant points where appropriate. We also signed off the M&E installations on completion to ensure the final installation met with the specification, room data sheets and current regulations.
