Energi Consulting Services Ltd provided performance M&E specifications for both the London and Edinburgh sites. We carried out thorough site surveys to ascertain the extent of the existing building services. We liaised with the stores to ascertain the interface requirements between the new franchises and the stores existing building services. We also provided indicative plans for building regulations approval and fire officer comments.
