THE GLADES, NOTTINGHAM

The Glades is a residential development constructed by Lovell Partnerships Ltd in Nottingham which consists of an apartment block with 13No apartments and a mixture of house types with varying tenure agreements.

Energi Consulting Services Ltd provided fully co-ordinated design drawings and a specification for the mechanical and electrical building services within the apartment block. Our design included the internal and external landlord's areas and a detailed co-ordinated  plan for each apartment. We also liaised with specialist smoke extract engineers to ensure the fire precautions were in accordance with building controls requirements.

We also provided mechanical & electrical  co-ordinated tender plans for each house type to enable Lovell to obtain a fixed price quotation for the M&E installation work from their subcontractors.
