BOILER & BEMS REPLACEMENT, COUNCIL OFFICES, NOTTINGHAMSHIRE

The gas fired heating plant and associated controls at Ashfield District Council's head office were old and in-efficient. The Council were looking for someone to assist them firstly, in deciding what type of boiler plant should be used and secondly to design & manage the installation.

Energi Consulting Services Ltd provided a feasibility study with boiler plant options appraisal. We carried out a thorough site survey to assess the load requirements and details of the existing building energy management system (BEMS). The report included budget costs and the associated carbon emissions for various boiler plant options.

Energi Consulting Services Ltd were also employed as lead consultants for the installation works design and management. We provided full design M&E specifications and drawings to enable the client to get competitive quotes for the works. We then monitored the installation works as it progressed and attended site meetings on behalf of the client.
